Ear Candling is also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy.
The name some people call it that originates from a company who I will not mention say that the Native American people of Northern Arizona known as the Hopi or the 'peaceful people' created the practice of candling, its benefits, and effects. There is this claim but the manufacturer does not base this on facts that ear candles originated with the Hopi tribe and are false.
Candling is a simple process. The candle creates an energy vortex that draws toxicity from the body in a 'chimney effect'. This creates a gentle massage, which helps to regulate ear pressure, clearing and dissipating energy in the auric or ethric bodies as well as the physical body. The candles themselves are not a medical device, but there usage is known to have a good therapeutic results.
The candles we use are 100% beeswax. Other candles are mixed with oils to enhance them, and made with tapered bound cotton that is then waxed.
Children can be treated with ear candles as long as the right measures are abided by and signed consent has been given.
Ear Candling is also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy, is an alternative medicine practice claimed to improve general health and health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal.
